After many meaningful years on Patton Avenue, Emergency Tech Repair will be closing our Patton Avenue store and moving our repair operations back to the Asheville Mall beginning Monday 6/22 of next week.

This decision is not one we take lightly. The Patton Avenue store has been more than just a repair shop to us. It has been a place where we met thousands of customers, repaired devices that carried memories and livelihoods, helped families recover important data, supported local businesses, and built relationships that shaped who we are as a company.

We are deeply grateful for every person who walked through those doors, trusted us with their devices, recommended us to a friend, or gave us the opportunity to make things right when technology failed. Your support has carried Emergency Tech Repair through some incredible seasons and some very difficult ones.

As we make this transition, our priority is protecting our customers and their devices.

All customer devices currently at the Patton Avenue location will be safely transported to our Asheville Mall location unless we are specifically instructed otherwise. Devices will remain organized, tracked, and handled with care throughout the move.

During this transition, we may temporarily limit certain services so our team can focus on repairs, open orders, and making the move as smooth as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we consolidate operations and prepare for the next chapter of Emergency Tech Repair.

This is not goodbye. It is a reset.

Emergency Tech Repair is still here. We are still serving Asheville. We are still committed to honest repair work, practical solutions, and taking care of the people who have taken care of us.
